Staff Meetings

Hi teachers/staff! I would like to start posting regular staff meetings, gathering post-style, but first I want to find out a couple of things from you.

1. Keeping in mind that it would of course not be mandatory to participate (or even for your pup to attend the meetings), would you rather have a staff meeting every other week or once a month?

2. Does your teacher pup currently have any issues they would want to bring up at a staff meeting?


Note: Even though Klaus doesn't have a regular class, Anita, Remus would like him to be there, of course.

Note the Second: Vi, would Tonks be willing to take minutes?

For me personally, you're a lot more likely to get consistent attendance at meetings if they're once a month.

I think you'll find that once a month is plenty often enough to be holding meetings, particularly since we have this community to bring up issues as they arise.

As for Anne, who will of course attend, she'll likely bring up something about the sharing of teacher resources and the establishment of a school library, and will likely be a lively participant in any discussion of the establishment of higher education courses should it come up (though she wouldn't likely be the one to bring it up at this point).

Bran and Robb will be there ICly; their mun may or may not be. I am very bad about things like meetings. *g* But once a month is probably plenty.

I think once a month would work, given the size of classes and number of teachers, and also I think that it will be fuuunnn.

Toby doesn't have any issues at the moment, because the bookshelf is cooperating.
